‘Tis the Christmas Cookie Contest season

In December 2023, 24 students understood the assignment and submitted delectable and/or aesthetically-pleasing entries.

This year of 2024, the Lion journalism staff is gearing up and preparing for the 23rd annual Christmas (holiday) Cookie (or Bar) Contest.

On Friday, Dec. 6, before 1:14 p.m. (or 4th period), drop off a dozen cookies or bars to room B-3. Include a recipe, too.

All participants will receive a prize, but those on the podium will win gift cards of significant value.

As a varsity cross country and track team captain, robotics team member, lector, Marine Chem student, Ignited by the Holy Spirit leader, and member of LINK crew, Wiegman is excited to further understand the multitude of aspects of the Bellarmine community. Outside of school you can find Wiegman attending baseball games, finding new coffee shops, and on the beautiful trails of the Pacific Nothwest.
